A new 6 week kickboxing course for beginners kicked off tonight at the ProKick Gym - over 20 new wannabe kickboxers started the sport of ProKick Kickboxing. The new course kicked off for the raw novice tonight at the ProKick HQ in east Belfast and the high kickers will work through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defence and ProKick will come up with a diet plan for those serious about getting in shape.
