The response to the competition was so overwhelming that Sidekick has decided to throw in some consolation prices. On top of the first prize of a Sony Playstation, a whole collection of ProKick gear – including gloves, guards and protective wear – and a free six week kickboxing course, three runners-up will now receive kickboxing videos featuring action from some of the best events in Ireland in recent times.
Sinclair picked out Nicole Young from Portadown as the winner. While, Arron Johnston from Glenarm, Mark McVeigh from Belfast and Abbey McCartney from Belfast will each received a video.
“Congratulations to everyone who won,” said Sinclair. “It’s a great new column and I wish everyone at Sidekick all the best.”
Sinclair is on the comeback trail. He will fight on July 30 on a Frank Warren card in London.
