Kickboxing event - May 14
Read on for your FREE tickets for the Park Ave
event!
Ark
Housing Association has joined forces with the Simon Community Northern
Ireland and Shelter (NI) to launch the 2005 ‘4 Peaks (Ireland)
Challenge for Homelessness’. The challenge will take participants
to the four highest peaks in Ireland: Mweelrea in Connaught, Lunaquilla
in Leinster, Carrauntoohil in Munster and finally Slieve Donard
in Newcastle, Co, Down.
Joining the challenge on Thursday 30 June 2005 - will be former
World Kickboxing Champion, Billy Murray and the current World Featherweight
Kickboxing Champion, Gary Hamilton. Both Billy and Gary will be
joining the 20 man strong team to tackle the ‘4 Peaks’
and raise much needed funds for this often stereotyped and forgotten
problem.
Meanwhile, you can secure tickets for the upcoming FREE kickboxing
show in Belfast.
The event, on May 14 at the Park Avenue Hotel, will be a fundraiser
for the Four Peaks Walk that Gary Hamilton and Billy Murray will
attempt over 72 hours from June 30.
The marathon hike will be a fundraiser for homeless charities.
In a bid to add to the money raised, all those who receive free
tickets for the May 14 event – which will see at least three
champions take to the ring – will be invited to make a donation
on entry direct to the charity organisers.
To receive your tickets simply email prokick@group.tm with you name,
contact number and number of tickets required – up to a maximum
of four per person
If you are interested in taking part in the challenge and to obtain
an information pack please contact Tony Ruddy, Ark Housing Association
on Tel: 028 9068 1808 or by email: info@arkhousing.co.uk and don’t
worry you don’t need to be superman to take part!
