Prokick club news for August
Dear Prokick members -
We are coming to an end of another busy month at ProKick - I hope
you are all well and enjoying the training at the Prokick gyms -
below is some class info along with some other dates for your diary.
The Ladies only sparring class which is held on Tuesday nights will
now merge with the male class every Wednesday 7.30-8.30 until we
find another time slot for the class.
NOTE: ProKick Kids Saturday morning
class of 10 am will now start at the later time of 11am- 12pm commencing
next Saturday the 27th August.
A New Kids Class: August 27th will see a new kids beginners
class start at Prokick HQ for children aged between 6 & 12.
The class will continue every Saturday between 10.00am – 10.45am.

August 30th: A new six week
beginners course will commence Tuesday 30th August, 8-8.45pm.

August 28th: On Sunday August 28th big-time kickboxing heads to
Carrickfergus Leisure Centre as a Northern Ireland select takes
on the pride of Scotland in over ten bouts. The show promoted by
Paul McCausland & ProKick which is part of the ‘ProKick
Next Generation’ series that is aimed at providing novice
fighters with valuable experience. It’s always a great day
out for all the family and gives you a chance to spot the stars
of the future. Tickets for the 'Kings of the Castle' – are
now available from the Prokick gym and the hotline on 028 9065 1074
or on-line here at prokick.com
priced £5 for children, £7.50 for adults, £15
for ringside and just £20 for two adults & two children
