New Club: We revealed in last months
news that Gary Hamilton promised to make kickboxing one of the number
one sports in the east Antrim coast. Well, here is the start of
that promise - You can learn from Gary himself every Monday at 7.15
- 8.15 and Thursday from 6.15-7.15pm - started at the Carrickfergus
Leisure centre.

A new six week beginners course will
commence Thursday 8th November, 8-8.45pm - the class is filling.
