New Club opened

We revealed in last months news that we promised to make kickboxing one of the number one sports in the country. Well, here is the start of that promise -

Monday at 8-9pm the Shankill Leisure centre kicked open its doors to the prokick gym, the instructor for the class is Stephen Allen a 100% ProKick taught kickboxer - Murray, who is now Northern Ireland’s top coach and kickboxing promoter, will be launching kickboxing classes for beginners all over the counrty in leisure centres near you - this month and next and he’s excited about the venture.
“My main Prokick Gym is in east-Belfast and there’s a growing number of people attending it from all over the country.
It was a recommendation from a city council official to the leisure centres that helped bring about the new chapters for Murray’s ever-growing network of gyms.
With outlets in Ballynahinch, Larne, Derry, Carrickfergus, Ards and Bangor, kickboxing is the, according to Murray, the “most fashionable sport of the 21st century”.
