“Big Belters”
A
GROUP of senior kickboxers may well have thought Sunday afternoon’s
was all about sitting in front of the TV eating the Sunday roast.
Well, now they know different - to be the best in any field -coaching
or competing then Sunday afternoons are best spent sweating it out
in the gym, that's if they are to earn their spurs as senior coaches
and to excel to the next level in Ireland’s fastest growing
sport.
Nine Prokick students,

and Adrian Murphy all attended a seminar to help advance them forward
to the next level in kickboxing excellence.
And then later this month all of them will attend a first aid and
child protection course - with some moving forward to attempt the
next grading level bring themselves one step closer in to final
stage of excellence in kickboxing - 'Black
belt'.
