“Jamie returns to Switzerland ”

Top Swiss promoter Carl Emery was in Belfast over the festive season. And it wasn't just to take in the sights and to do a little partying. He was in Belfast on official business signing up Belfast's top Thai fighter Jamie Crawford for a return match against Farid M'Laikia for March 2nd in Geneva.
He met up for a photo shoot at the City Hall with Crawford and his coach Frank McConville.

M'Laika and Crawford met in Villars in November 2006 and at that match the judges couldn't split them.

The Swiss former world champion said before he jetted home, " This was a good excuse for me to visit Belfast, I love it here! I thought I would take in the New Year in Belfast by visiting a few friends and take in a party or two and at the same time make plans for our events with my good friend Billy Murray and to sign up Jamie for what will be a great return fight with Farid."
