'Lone Runner Back in action '

Young Gun Ian now known as the 'Lone runner' was caught in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday) pounding the streets of Belfast getting ready for his next outing in the Park Avenue hotel on the 27th January. But he wasn't really alone because Desi Macartney, the oldest member of ProKick, is also back in action with a double helping of red eye training to avoid black eyes.
