Just a quick note to inform you of the forthcoming grading and closing dates over the July holiday time.

Closing Dates
Friday 11th, Saturday 12th, Sunday 13th, Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th July. However the office is open on the 15th and the gym is open from 10 am - 5pm free classes.
Classes resume as normal from Wednesday 16th July at 6.30pm

Grading's
Those of you interested in taking part in the next step to kickboxing excellence should consult your instructor in order to determine if you are ready to progress.

Sunday 27th July
12pm sharp - Grading for junior members aiming for Green belt and above.
2pm sharp - Grading for Adult members aiming for Yellow or Orange belt.

Sunday 3rd August
1pm sharp - Grading for adult members aiming for green belt or above.
