New ProKick class to start in September

Prokick has released that champions such as Gary Hamilton are to help open the latest branch of Ireland's Kickboxing school of excellence. Andersonstown leisure centre will be the next to open in September 2nd. The world beaters will put on a display of kickboxing techniques at the first class in order to demonstrate to the new students what type of kickboxing they will be learning at the new club. The class will run every Tuesday evening between 7pm – 8pm starting on 2nd September.
Murray’s decision to open in the area is no surprise after the recent success of Mania VI and the ever increasing popularity of the sport. The main gym off the Holywood road in the east of the city has been inundated with inquiries especially from Andersonstown and the West Belfast area as a whole.
“We have countless people travelling across the city to train at our HQ each week, but not all people have their own transport. Not only that but recently the calls have been flooding in from the area, so we decided now is the time to expand and it will be the first of a total of three new Prokick’s we plan to open in the coming months”, he said.
There are currently ten Prokick outlets across the Province with affiliates in Scotland and England, but Murray is keen to increase that number by opening in the Olympia and Carrick Leisure centre as well. Other proposed outlets could open in the Dungannon and Craigavon areas.
