Wednesday 18th November 2015 saw a different location for Billy’s BootCamp. The setting was T13 a stone throw from were the Titanic was built, at the Belfast H&W shipyard. It was straight into action with running while some of the team were being SMART and pulling it.! Yes a car pull at 6am. Shadow boxing, running 45 mins of this basic fitness training regime. Monday 16th November 2015 - first day of the 21st Billy’s BootCamp set in 2015. Monday saw the 21st Billy’s BootCamp this year. It was straight into action with a no-nonsense basic fitness training regime - laps and running was the order of the day. Friday 25th Sept 2015 -Today was the last day of the 18th Billy’s BootCamp set in this year and there was no let-up! Tuesday 23rd Sept 2015 -Billy’s BootCamp kicked off this morning Wednesday 23rd Sept 2015 with 6 still missing from training. The order of the day was - Shadow boxing, circuit training, floor work, sprints, boxing drills and a lap around the block was the agenda for today’s session. Welcome back Mr Patrick Rea and congrats on the birth of his baby son - Sebastian. Friday 14th August 2015 - News above^ Another week at Bootcamp completed, well done campers, that’s if you were not late or missed any days this week. Today Aug 14th was our final day for week No 16, and tut tut - 7 missing this morning with Daryl the only one late. Sprints were in effect coupled with early morning boxing & kicking drills,….. We hope you enjoyed your limits being stretched and surpassed at our ProKick Bootcamp, hopefully this will help you in a new approach to a stronger, healthier relationship with exercise. Wednesday 12th August 2015 - Well done all as day two of Billy’s Bootcamp is ‘done n dusted’ - today’s session Wed 12th August was focused on the legs (squat jumps and too many to count). Still a few of no shows with no one late this morning. The contact side continued as some ProKickers took to the ring for a 6am thumping work-out. Monday 10th August 2015 - Off we went again and a massive congratulation to everyone who turned up instead on laying in their beds for BootCamp No. 16 set in 2015. SIX missing with no one late. ProKick BootCamp will run Monday 10th, Wednesday 12th and Friday 14th of August all starting at 6am. Not so cold this morning with the team doing all the work indoors this morning. All the work focused was on boxing at the Old Tin ProKick Hut. Boxing work, with shoulder arms in a no-nonsense not so extreme basic training first day, a lot of body boxing, yes, hitting one another at 6am…..Well done all! One member wore a calorie arm band to monitor the Cals used on each of the morning sessions and he burnt approx 1000 calories per 45 mins session, Well done Mr Rea. The camp started with 5 hard rounds of shadow boxing and after that the entire session was devoted to boxing drills with the last couple of minutes on kicks. Well done ProKick team booties! Billy’s Bootcamp @ ProkicK Friday 28th June 6th 2015 - week No.12 Saturday the 6th June was Fighters only Made in ProKick Bootcamp Friday 29th May was the final day of the 11th Bootcamp for 2015. Four on the missing list and no reporting late. It was off to the streets of Belfast, for a scenic whistle stop tour of Belfast! First stop Holiday Inn that’s where two weeks from now the ProKick fighters will take on fighters from around the world. Next stop City Hall for a quick photo shot then it was off heading back east across the Queens bridge. Last stop of the morning tour was a picture below the H&W cranes. 5.9 miles done and dusted before 7am. Well done team ProKick!

Bootcamp news from ProKick - it was the first day of this week’s three day Camp the 11th bootcamp this year which is created by Billy Murray for ProKick. The camp started with 3 hard rounds of shadow boxing - followed by a hard sprint, Swift first back, then a light jog around the block a few fast rounds of floor circuits, finished off with some boxing and that was it for Day 1 of No.11 Bootcamp at ProKick. And again just one on the missing list for today. The camp started with a light jog around the block followed by a hard sprint then 2 and then a 3rd sprint. This was right after the final bell sounded on the 6th Bootcamp in 2015. We think by the looks of this sneak paparazzi photo - that perhaps Patrick is the one ready to ‘Rumble on Sunday’ and never mind these two Diva’s! Just three missing this morning and two were late…David and Cathy. Day 3 in the ProKick house was eXtreme! Non-stop grueling hard-core workout for 45 mins of high intensity exercising. Sit-ups (again Lisa & Ruth don’t say they are easy, please!) and more sit-ups .push-up lots of variations - sprints, jogging and boxing…what more would you be doing at 6am?….sleeping like a normal person, but at ProKick this is normal and we feel great! Easiest day this week, so most have said right after the session. The morning was focused on boxing and on a cardio work-out. Well done if you’ve missed no days or been on-time all week! TODAY’S Bootcamp was all about my Diva’s at the ProKick gym yes the men too - well, all the fighters on our next event that is! Shadowboxing, fast circuit training to slower and longer durations circuits, finishing with a 2 mins on the dreaded burpee exercise. This is what is takes for those eXtreme fitness freaks who want to go between the ropes and FIGHT! Insane or what?! #TeamProKick…. Billy Murray: Day 4 in the ProKick house was eXtreme! Wednesday 11 MARCH 2015 - Week 4 Day 3: BELFAST PROKICK GYM - Wednesday 11 MARCH 2015 and it was Day 3 of Billy’s Bootcamp, Day 2 for most of our ProKickers - Johnny Smith was back it the house £20 lighter after missing two days! Mr Mc Grieffy was on the missing list, along with world champ Darren McMullan and fighter James Boyd! a few others were back - David and Paul. Some say it was the easiest day yet but I really don’t think it was by the look at some of these photos I’m cutting here, I’ll have them posted later. Day 3 in the ProKick house was eXtreme! Non-stop grueling hard-core workout for 45 mins of high intensity. #TeamProKick are in tomorrow 12th March oh yeah and this afternoon and tonight for some of the same! Tuesday 10 MARCH 2015 - Week 4 Day 1: TODAY’S Bootcamp was all about the ProKick Fighters - a group of eXtreme fitness freaks who want to go between the ropes and FIGHT! Insane or what?! Well, the grueling intense workouts puts off the mild and timid of souls. Today Tuesday 10th March we have just 14 in search of GLORY, but before that even comes close what these young athletes go through to prepare is just just incredible and all before they head-off to school or a days work! The teams started with some light round of shadow boxing and then straight into Billy’s no-nonsense hard extreme Fitness BootCamp - First Day… FINISHED! ....BIG congrats if you didn’t miss a day and managed to be here. Oh yeah, Cathy Mac sneaked in late, thinking she wasn’t seen…EVERYBODY did!! Friday 13 FEB 2015 - Week 3 Day 5: It was the last Day of Billy’s BootCamp for week No.3 and on Friday 13th - nothing scarey about today, if you like running. The team were splint into two groups - Beginner or experienced runners and off they went to the great Outdoors on this wet morning. The teams started with a light round of shadow boxing then outside to hit the streets of Belfast as the focus continued on working outside in the dark. Thursday 12 FEB 2015 - Week 3 Day 4: Wow… eight were AWOL from Billy’s BootCamp this morning on day No. 4 dated the 12th FEB 2015. The team were splint into two groups - Fast and Really Fast runners. Back again to the great Outdoors this morning at Prokick’s BootCamp. The teams started with 3 hard rounds of shadow boxing mixed with some floor work, then outside to hit the streets of Belfast and the focus continued on working outside in the dark, but mild and fresh, early morning air. Jogging up & down the street - gym work with some floor work, Boxing, kicking drills for more of the same at Billy’s no-nonsense hard extreme BootCamp - Fourth day COMPLETED! ....Well done if you managed to be there. Wednesday 11 FEB 2015 Midway through Billy’s BootCamp and the cracks are stating to show with 5 on the missing list. Back to the great Outdoors this morning at Prokick. The team hit the streets of Belfast this morning with most of the work focused outside of ProKick. Jogging, a few sprints up & down the street NO piggyback running ( even tough Cathy Mac wanted) - gym work with some floor work, Boxing, kicking drills for Billy’s no-nonsense hard extreme basic BootCamp - Third day OVER! ....Well done who turned up. Tuesday 10 FEB 2015 - Week 3 Day 2: There we go, another day at ProKick BootCamp Tuesday 10 FEB 2015 - Week 3 Day 2: Another great mild morning for outdoor work. Only two on the missing list, noticeably Mr Johnny Smith and Mr Dee Wilson. The team hit the streets of Belfast this morning with most of the work focused outside of ProKick. Jogging, a few sprints, and piggyback running - into the gym for some Boxing and kicking drills for Billy’s no-nonsense hard extreme basic BootCamp - second day DONE! ....Well done if you turned up. No running this morning, today’s bootcamp all took place inside the Old Tin ProKick Hut. The order of the day was kicks, kicks and more kicks in a no-nonsense hard extreme basic training third day, done and dusted, well done everyone! Week 2 Day 3 - ProKick BootCamp Tuesday 27th JAN 2015 - Not so cold this morning with no Campers late and just two on the missing list. The team did not hit the streets of Belfast this morning with all the work focused inside the Old Tin ProKick Hut. Boxing work, core, shoulder arms & leg work in a no-nonsense hard extreme basic training second day over….Well done all! Week 2 Day 1 - Jan 26th Billy’s Boot Camp: Boot Camp Day 1 week No.2 was set for 26th Jan 2015 - Prokick Kickboxing club’s latest wannabe fighters and fitness mad kickboxers are at it again - they are due to hit the streets of Belfast in a couple of hours Mon 26th Jan 2015. Boot Camp Legend Mr David Jones will miss the first Camp since he joined ProKick some 6 years ago. He never miss a camp or day or even late, he will be sadly missed. Another busy turn-out at Billy’s Boot Camp @ProKick - Day 1 of week No.2 was set for 26th Jan 2015 - The team hit the streets of Belfast for a few laps of the gym, boxing work, circuit no-nonsense basic training and the first day was over. Happy 18th young Mr Finlay who celebrated his 18th birthday at Boot Camp. Final Day Week 1. - Well done BootCampers, what a great weeks work. Friday Jan 16th saw the final day of Billy’s BootCamp and was no easier then the previous four days…well, maybe a little. Today was a milestone for one of our Campers - Gary Fullerton turned the BIG 40, congratulations MrF, what a great way to celebrate. Today’s instalment of Boot CamP was as follows: Shadow Boxing and lots of it, one sprint, NO Piggybacks, fast floor work and boxing hand drills, and that’s it done & dusted. Sounds Easy? Today was a milestone for most of our Boot Campers, Why you may ask, because the most have never attempted this type of extreme exercising before and it was the penultimate day OF OUR WEEK-LONG CAMP, so well done, so far. Thanks to Boot Camp legend Mr David Jones for the idea of a Piggyback races up the street, GREAT STUFF Mr J. Just one on the missing list - Mr Tim ‘Sore Hand’ Ramsey and Lisa was late! Today’s installment of Boot CamP was as follows: Laps, Piggybacks, circuit ( a 15 min one at that! ) fast floor work, and that was it. Easy? try it then and see! Boot Camp Day 3 Wednesday 14th Jan 2015 and it was a cold morning with a little snow on the ground in some parts of Northern Ireland - but that was not the case inside the old ProKick Tin Hut as the sweat was running. The first day was a suspected “easy” one with floor work circuit training, shadow-boxing and finishing with one timed sprint. Yesterday I was supposedly late for boot camp !! ( would I ever ?? ) However, I did enter training hall before Mr Murray and class had started and even before the bow in and Just in time for ” good morning”) . I’d of said, I was on time and made it after my mad fluffy dog had escaped out my back door and I had chase him in, I done well drive 100 mile an hour and not getting caught , in case of a punishment. However, I will take it on the chin to be named and shamed…. I am glad my good team mate Tim stuck up for me and also mentioned how I was on time, unlike divas : Roweena, Maggie and Lisa who sided with Mr Murray. It’s noted girlies, no I in team ?

First bootcamp for me in 6 years and wish I`d joined in before (but will I be saying that on day 5 – probably not!!). Day One was jam-packed with other early risers and the focus was on running as well as some crazy alternating one-handed press-ups.
I arrived home at 7am with a bright red face (that just about cooled down by 9am) and have`nt managed to fill my tum for longer than an hour since then…must really stock up on avocados and raw cashews if I`m to maintain the energy needed.
ProKick Bootcamp is the sworn enemy of every fatty cell in my body!! Brilliant way to start the day!

Awesome time had by all, but I can’t let the opportunity pass me by to let all of you know that I nearly made Mr Gareth Fullerton puke on the last day, when I was telling him to do the ‘1,2,1,2, punches’. His actual words were ‘I’m going to be sick’. Pity I hadn’t taken things a step further!! He was slagging me off for calling myself a ‘machine’, but at least I am one!!
