Levels 1 & 2 are now every Thursday at 7.30pm

Level 2 Sparring Class - (Feb Update)

Last Thursday saw the Finale of the of the level 2 sparring course at ProKick HQ - the group of novice kickboxers worked off the extra Christmas indulgences through hard work and a lot of perspiration! Level 2 brought aspects of the Low-Kick style of kickboxing for the wannabe kickboxing group and the entire course itself is designed for those who just want a few rounds of sparring to improve their technique.

Tonight - 16th February will be a re-cap of levels 1 & 2 for those who have just completed the course but for anyone in the level 3 course or even if you are a ProKick fighter looking for some LIGHT sparring then you may also attend.

Please note that this class is NO LONGER the Advanced Beginner's Class, the time slot has now moved to 6pm.

The class is just a sparring class NOT a fighters class and is designed for the kickboxing enthusiast who want to step up another level and have a sparring session with the understanding that it is in a controlled environment and a class for non competitors - IMPORTANT, if anyone wishes to become a competitor please talk with your instructor, for a suitable class for you!

The full, cut DVD's from the previous Levels 1 & 2 are now available to buy for just £5 each from the gym foyer. More pictures from the sparring will be uploaded every week right here on ProKick.com

Guys this main group photo and the document of sparing .I thing this is a different group of training.This is no the training what we was on.Please no public the coments this no a a krintics or any negative coments this is just coments bud somebody can feel that in oposite way.Thanks friends…
