Dear Prokick members –

Welcome to ProKick news for the month of May. We had a busy few months so far with loads more planed ahead –we’ve had three major home events so far and four of our ‘ProKick says kid events - and yes there’s more, we travelled to America, Scotland and Geneva this year so far and there is lots more in store!

Some dates for your diary:

May 14 – The Prokick fighters are out in force again at the weekend when The Loup's Darren Dougan won the Celtic Super middleweight WKN crown.

May 18 - Its Kids competition time - The next instalment of ‘PROKICK SAYS’ children’s competition day will be at 6pm on Thursday the 18th May at the Prokick Gym in Belfast.
Over 30 underage talents took part in each of the last four events which is aimed at improving fitness, discipline and co-ordination. The fun day also gives young kickboxers an opportunity to experience competition using their martial- art skills. Check out our last three months competition games. Jan06 Feb06 Mar06 April06 and May to come this Thursday..
This will be the last Thursday the competition will be held on, kids don’t panic we aren’t cancelling the monthly fun day as further competitions will be held on a different night.

May 25 - A new six week beginners course started- if you are interested in getting started simply call 028 9065 1074 to enrol in our next six week starter class. If you want to know a little more, here's the most ask questions FAQ's click here.

May 28 - Is the date of our next grading. > we will start with the Kids at 12.30pm sharp please be here no earlier than 12pm - right after that with the Adults starts 2pm - Make sure you are here on time and that you have already put your name down with your instructor.

May 30 - All Sports in East Belfast are holding a special awareness evening at the Park Ave Hotel , on Tuesday 30th May 2006 from 7pm to 8.30pm.
This has been organised to help provide local clubs and organisations with the opportunity to raise their profiles and attract new talent.

May 31 - Instructors meeting - May 31st 8.30pm after the fighters class. Any one who has completed or partly finished the instructors course are asked to attend.

A new fighters class for budding kickboxing champions will sign up for the new fighters camp as enrolment starts again at the end of this month with a new start date on June 14.
