Thursday May 10 New Kickboxing class started Thursday May 10th at 8pm
To enrol in the next one - Phone or drop us a line!
Sunday May 13 Kid's and Adult grading - its for Yellow and Orange belts only. Details on Prokicks next grading posted shortly. See some of the kid's and adults strut their stuff.
Wednesday May 16 Note to Prokick members - a new sparring class started on Wednesday 16 at 8pm for non fighters only, this is not a fighter's class.

Northern Ireland's ProKick select Are in Hamburg and take on the might of Germany - results on Sunday 20th May

Kick off - its the fifth 'ProKick Say' competition in 2007 for kickboxing
mad kids - Starts 11am - this months competition is open to all our ProKick Kids classes, all levels.

NEW REFRESHERS COURSE FOR END OF MAY
Our refresher courses continue
- These classes are for any former member wishing to rejoin. As long as they
have completed a former 6 week course or graded to any level.
And after the 6 weeks refresher course you will be able to rejoin
your original class.
Date and time will be confirmed for the end of May.
