Well done to: Nicola Crawford, Paul Orchin, Gary Fullerton, Pauline Goody and Lisa Mulholland for making it this far, many don’t with most giving up along the way.
Making it to Black Belt at ProKick is a long process and takes around 10 years and in some cases longer. And if that is not enough there is an intense week-long testing and practicing in the run-up before the final grading day on August 2nd.

Hi
Almost there, after a tough week which saw Paul side lined with a rib injury, the remaining 4 are in the final straight and finish their Black Belt grading tomorrow, they are all nursing a few aches and pains and have bruises to show for the toughness of the grading so far.
They have certainly been put through a rigorous examination by Mr. Murray and hopefully they will all succeed and be awarded their Black Belts tomorrow. So, best wishes and regards to Gary, Pauline, Nicola and Lisa .
Regards.
