Sept News

Dear Prokick members –

Welcome to ProKick news for the month of September. Now that holiday time is well and truly over for most of us it's back to hard work and that is something we at ProKick are not afraid of, hard work that is!

As usual we have a busy month ahead with loads more planed for now until KICKmas in December–we’ve had a real busy eight months so far. We are coming into the ninth of our ‘ProKick Says' kid events - and yes there’s lots more too. We travelled to Scotland, London, Leicester and Geneva this year with lots more in store!

Our 'Billy's Boot Camp' - was a great success taking our champions and up'n'coming fighters to heights they only dreamt of.

The fundraising campaign has just started in aid of the ProKick Kids trip to Switzerland - more soon on how you can get involved.

Some dates for your diary:

Sept 10 - Saintfield's Stuart Jess has landed a Commonwealth title shot - but has to put his recently won British belt on the line at the same time.
Jess was invited by old foe, England's Barinder Singh, to share the kickboxing ring again after Jess defeated him on a close points decision in Belfast in June.

Sept 16 - Its Kids competition time - The next installment of ‘PROKICK SAYS’ children’s competition day has been moved to a Saturday for the second time the event will start at 11am on Saturday the 16th September at the Prokick Gym in Belfast. We would like to see a record attendance for this event.
Over 30 underage talents take part in each of the monthly events which are aimed at improving fitness, discipline and co-ordination. The fun day also gives young kickboxers an opportunity to experience competition using their martial- art skills. Check out our last eight months competition games.
